Information collected

When you submit a request, we collect your name, email, phone number, optional organization, US shipping address, request contents, optional notes, and the time you accepted the research-use attestation and terms.

How it is used

Information is used to review the request, communicate with you, evaluate fulfillment, protect the service from abuse, and maintain business records where required.

Retention

Declined, cancelled, and abandoned request information is scheduled for deletion after 180 days unless a longer period is required to resolve a dispute or comply with law.

Sharing

Information is not sold. It may be shared with service providers used for hosting, email delivery, security, or fulfillment only as necessary for the request.
